When you subscribe to our services, we collect account information through Clerk (our authentication provider) and billing information through Stripe (our payment processor). We do not store your full credit card number or bank account details on our servers — Stripe handles this data directly in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Prospect Data

To execute email campaigns on your behalf, we collect and process business contact information for your target prospects, including names, professional email addresses, company names, job titles, company size, industry, and geographic location. This data is sourced from publicly available business databases and enrichment providers.

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you access our website or client portal, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This helps us maintain and improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and manage our cold email outreach services, build targeted prospect lists for your campaigns, personalize email copy using AI, manage email deliverability and sending infrastructure, process your payments and manage your subscription, communicate with you about your account and campaigns, send you performance reports via the client portal, improve our website and services, and comply with legal obligations.

Campaign data (prospect lists, email content, performance metrics) is retained for 12 months after a campaign ends to support reporting and optimization. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), row-level security on our database (clients can only access their own data), secure authentication via Clerk with session management, PCI-compliant payment processing via Stripe, and access controls limiting employee access to client data. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Your Rights Under California Law

As a California-based company, we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA). California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, request deletion of personal information we hold about them, opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and not be discriminated against for exercising their privacy rights.

Recipients who opt out are removed from future mailings within 10 business days.

8. Cookies and Tracking

Our website and client portal may use essential cookies necessary for authentication and site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on our website. Our client portal uses session cookies managed by Clerk for authentication purposes.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are designed for businesses and are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
